Accessibility and website assistance

Accessibility and website assistance are available through the site’s contact routes. This page explains navigation features and how to report a barrier.

Using the website

The website uses text headings, labeled form fields and descriptive alternative text for meaningful photographs. The main navigation includes separate Services and Service Areas links, with expandable lists of their individual pages. Keyboard users can reach the main content through the skip link at the top of the page.

The inquiry form provides visible labels and validation messages. If a request cannot be confirmed, entered information remains available for retry. When JavaScript is unavailable, the inquiry section links to a separate form served by the website.

Get help or report a barrier

If a page or control prevents you from using the site, call (806) 414-3200 or send a text. Include the page address, the action you were trying to complete and a brief description of what happened.

If useful, mention the browser, device or assistive technology involved. You do not need to send sensitive personal information to explain an access problem. If the form itself is the barrier, the phone number provides another contact route.

Feedback about the experience

Reports about readability, navigation, form controls or access to information help identify specific improvements. This statement describes available features and contact options. Please report a specific barrier so the affected page and interaction can be investigated.
