Website terms and conditions

These website terms and conditions explain the role of Amarillo Concrete Driveways, its information and its project inquiry process.

Website information and project decisions

Amarillo Concrete Driveways provides residential driveway information and an inquiry route. Its pages explain general construction considerations, project choices and selected Amarillo resources. They do not provide a property survey, engineering design, site inspection or city approval.

Applying that information to a property requires the actual dimensions, conditions, intended use and applicable requirements. A technical example or a public-approach drawing should be read within its stated scope. Current city resources remain the place to confirm an approval process or published charge.

Inquiries and construction agreements

Submitting project details records an inquiry. It does not create a construction contract, guarantee a price or reserve a visit. A construction contractor has not yet been selected for this website.

Any future construction arrangement must separately identify the contracting party, the work to be performed, the price, timing and other terms. Before authorizing work, resolve differences between the proposed plan and the written estimate, including the concrete to retain, demolition, preparation and public-approach work.

Use accurate contact information when submitting a request, and send only information you are entitled to share. The inquiry form is for project and website communication, not payment information or sensitive identification documents.

External resources and website questions

Links to city and industry resources help explain the subjects discussed. Those resources are maintained by their respective publishers and can change. They do not imply that the website is affiliated with a city department, concrete association or construction company.

Questions about these terms, the website or an inquiry can be sent through the contact page or by calling (806) 414-3200. The privacy policy describes the information collected by the inquiry process.
